Nwabugwu, a meticulous, multicultural, and strategic business leader, heads the group-wide Talent Management department of the Tenece group. She is originally a History and International Relations graduate but has gravitated into Human Resources Management by experience over the years. She is a skilled and experienced Human Resources management expert with over 15 years of progressive and combined work experience in HR consultancy and practices across the oil and gas, design, media, pharmaceutical, hospitality, engineering, and facility management sectors. Nwabugwu is generally driven, resilient, analytical, and commercial in her thinking. She combines her HR experience and analytical propensity to bring solutions to individuals and businesses. Her career achievements range from supporting in reviving multiple small businesses, strategically retaining employees, and supporting SMEs through setting up HR departments and standard policies currently and successfully running in various organizations. Her responsibility as the Head,Talent Management of the Tenece group covers Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Ethiopia, and Cote d’Ivoire. Her competencies include sound judgment, emotional intelligence, leading and managing change, analytical ability, HR strategy, customer focus, commercial, cultural and diversity awareness, and high sensitivity to small businesses’ social, economic, and political environments. Her passion is to help people be better versions of themselves, substantiated by her counseling, mentoring, and advisory CSR to individuals and small businesses. Nwabugwu is CIPM certified, an alumna of Enterprise Development Center (EDC), and has a master’s degree in Managerial Psychology from the University of Lagos, Nigeria.
