Blessing is an astute leader and talent scout with an uncanny ability to inspire others to become excellent professionals under her watchful eye. Blessing has contributed significantly to the growth and legacy of the firms she has worked with, most notably supervising a transition to a better and more efficient accounting package that increased overall efficiency by 50%. She is the regional head of shared services and compliance, Tenece Group, a position she has held with distinction for over 14 years. She specializes in talent management, financial management & analysis, P&L management, audit and compliance, budget development & management, variance analysis, relationship management, forecasting, and planning. Blessing had her first degree in Accountancy and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). She has an MBA with a major in banking and finance from the prestigious University of Nigeria, Nsukka. Madam Blessing recently graduated with a master’s degree (II) in Human Resource Management from the Enugu State University of Technology (ESUT). Blessing is an alumnus of the prestigious INSEAD Business School, France & Singapore, where she transitioned to the General Management Program in 2016.
