Lina is a strategist and an organizational transformation expert. Her experience covers banking, information technology, manufacturing, environmental management, and business consulting. Before Tenece, Lina worked as a management consultant for over six years, specializing in knowledge management, process engineering, organization and human performance management, and financial and organizational modeling. She has deep information technology experience as she spent over four years working with the Information Technology Group (ITG) of the then Diamond Bank Plc. As a pioneer staff of the bank’s e-Business unit, her team was responsible for designing and delivering Diamond Bank’s e-Business strategy. Lina is very analytical with a remarkable flair for details. An avid proponent of process excellence and standardization, she views organizational predictability as a competitive advantage. A strong advocate of a sustainable environment, Lina is the founder and champion of ‘TAGE’ (Towards A Greener Environment), an NGO focused on encouraging young minds to plant trees by educating them on the imperatives of environmental protection. Lina holds a first-class honor in chemical engineering from the University of Benin, Nigeria, an MSc. with distinction in environmental management from Cranfield University, the UK, and a Ph.D. in strategy and general management from Esade business school, Barcelona, Spain.
