Jonathan is a highly motivated professional with solid expertise in Information Technology, Business Development, and Sales. He is a hard worker and goes out of his way to motivate team members, maintain business relationships, and meet targets. He started his career as a Teaching Assistant in Mathematics at the University of Ghana before proceeding to the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning of Ghana as IT support for the government’s flagship Budget and Public Expenditure Management Systems (BPEMS). As an HP UX certified professional, he was a member of the team that deployed and supported all Unix systems. Between 2004 and 2009, he worked with DHL Ghana Limited as a Technical Support Analyst and subsequently as Zonal Pricing and Marketing Analyst covering Benin, Burkina Faso, Ghana, Liberia, Niger, and Togo. He was instrumental in conducting the first Market Measurement and Brand Positioning Audit, strengthening DHL’s brand position across the zone. Subsequently, he joined Vodafone Ghana as an After Sales Manager, where he defined and implemented customer experience systems for terminals across all channels resulting in massive savings for Vodafone Ghana in warranty management. His passion for Technology saw him move into Technology Solutions sales working as Business Development Manager in Ostec Limited and CWG Ghana Limited. Jonathan holds a BSc. Computer Science and Mathematics (combined major) from the University of Ghana and currently pursuing an MBA in Total Quality Management from the University of Professional Studies Accra (UPSA). He is a certified ITIL and Prince2 (Project Management) professional, among other certifications.
