He has successfully led initiatives that resulted in a remarkable 100% increase in revenue for the Energy sector in 2023 and expanded client staffing levels from 600 to over 1,000 within two years in the FMCG sector.

Aghogho holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Benin and is currently pursuing an MSc in International Human Resources Management at the Rome Business School.
