React Native Developer
Description
We are looking for an experienced React Native Developer to join our onsite development team in delivering secure and high-performing mobile banking applications. This is a contract role, ideal for a developer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can contribute to mission-critical banking solutions from day one.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy mobile applications using React Native for both Android and iOS platforms.
- Work closely with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, and QA teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure banking applications meet stringent performance, security, and compliance standards.
- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and performance optimization to maintain high-quality codebases.
- Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs and services securely and efficiently.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Stay informed about evolving technologies in mobile banking and bring innovation to the team.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in React Native development.
- 1+ years working on financial or banking applications is highly desirable
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React Native, and mobile app development.
- Strong understanding of state management (Redux, MobX, or Context API).
- Experience integrating secure RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Familiarity with mobile security best practices (encryption, authentication, and secure storage).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and mobile app deployment processes.
- Strong knowledge of version control systems.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in fintech, banking, or payment solutions.
- Knowledge of industry regulations (PCI-DSS, KYC, AML).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience in offline storage solutions and real-time data sync.
