Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 8 years of proven experience in leading and managing projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, monitoring, and closing while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client requirements. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Lead project planning sessions and define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet project objectives.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Communicate project status, progress, and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Conduct project evaluations and post-project analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Mentor and guide junior project team members, promoting professional development.
Qualifications
- 8 years of professional experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Proven experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
- Strong knowledge of project management, best practices, risk management, and quality assurance processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in budgeting and resource management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
