Tenece MD awards scholarships to outstanding university students
Tenece Professional Services Limited provides full scholarship as our corporate social responsibility through her 'Tenece Technology Development Scholarship Scheme' for academic excellence to students of tertiary institutions in Nigeria.

The scholarship scheme is part of our vision of promoting development in the field of science and technology - with particular emphasis on Information Communications Technology and Engineering. Our goal is to increase the financial support and provide more educational opportunities to exceptional students who need it most.

Scholarship Details

Tenece pays full tuition and provide stipend for books for the beneficiaries of the scholarship.

The beneficiaries of the scholarship must be students that have distinguished themselves in academic performance drawn from the department of Mathematics / Computer Science & Informatics (Faculty of Science).

On the 3rd of August 2016, the Managing Director and CEO, Mr Kingsley Eze was accompanied by the Business Development & Relationship manager of FUNAI, Mr Onyekachi Anochirionye presented the scholarship to three students of the Computer Science Department from the 100 Level, 200 Level and 300 Levels respectively.

The cheques were presented to the Vice Chancellor, Professor Chinedum Nwajiuba, who gave a vote of thanks on behalf of the management of the University and appreciated Tenece for the laudable gesture and setting a pace for the private sector in partnering with the administration to soar to greater heights. More so, part of the Tenece entourage was a beneficiary of the Tenece Internship programme (Genesys), Mr Innocent who is a Third year student of Computer Science department in FUNAI, currently on the compulsory 6 months SIWES programme at the Enugu Office.

The scholarship also provides the recipients an opportunity to carryout their Industrial Attachment/Industrial Training (IT) program with Tenece. Beneficiaries will also participate in our other technology development initiatives - including training in relevant areas of Information Communication Technology and Engineering.
