Tenece , in partnership with the government of Bayelsa State, Nigeria, is in the process of developing a 5,000 seat business process outsourcing center. The center, which will have a state-of-the-art call center and a robust operational office, will be used to provide back office processing and front office support for the major companies in the region and in other parts of Nigeria

Tenece is currently working with the Enugu State government to increase efficiencies and reduce costs in managing the government employee payroll. This solution integrates various sub-modules including identity management systems, time and attendance monitoring, electronic salary payments, and employee performance management.

Tenece was retained by the Board of Minaj Systems Limited to develop a new strategic and programming direction for the fledgling media conglomerate. Tenece, in collaboration with the management of the media group, has developed a new business model supported by new programming direction which, when fully implemented, should change the media landscape in Nigeria. The project includes business transformation, human capital management, and at a later stage, financial advisory and capital raising.
